Educational Platform for Working with Microscopic Images

Below are key sections of the platform's functionality developed by me. The project was implemented in a team of two frontend and one backend developer. We created an admin panel and a website for uploading, processing, and annotating microscopic images.

Image Processing Pipeline

Import, storage, and organization of files. Create folders, preview images, edit descriptions. Quick access to event history and management of directory structure.

Creating Annotations

Annotations can be grouped and otherwise manipulated as needed.

Main Website
